Work on the real documents of your case with a clear mind: this page states, in plain words, what Kapari does with your data and what it never does.
Everything is hosted in Paris. The engine runs on dedicated European infrastructure; the database is in Paris too (AWS region eu-west-3, operated through Supabase). Your accounts, Kaps, case files and contexts never leave it. Every account is sealed: no other account can read your data. Passwords are hashed, everything travels over HTTPS.
A simulation needs a language model: the text of your decision is processed by Mistral Large, the model built by the French company Mistral AI. The call travels encrypted through a US API router (OpenRouter). When Kapari looks for public facts on the web, only queries you have read and approved are sent, and pages are read with no cookies and no authentication. Never your identity, never your credentials: only the text the simulation needs. And Kapari trains no model with your data.
An uploaded document is sent to the engine to extract facts (up to 200,000 characters); the full text is not kept. A PowerPoint is read inside your browser: the file itself never reaches our servers. A tested visual passes through just long enough to produce a description you review, then disappears: the image is never stored anywhere.
Nothing enters a case file or a Kap without your action: only the facts you tick are kept. No search query leaves without your approval. Nothing is public without your click; and when you share a Kap, the share strips out the context, the documents and the reading notes: only the result is visible.
Deleting your account erases everything, in cascade: Kaps, case files, panels, contexts. No courtesy copy.
